This NAACP Special Meeting is being called by The President Yolanda Frazier to provide information regarding another successful year of The NAACP Vancouver Washington Branch completion, committee updates, financial updates and to welcome the continuation of our NAACP Vancouver Washington Branch's success, in lieu of our new administration.
